IS IT POSSIBLE TO REFUSE DONATED PROPERTY?

For various reasons, the participant in the donation agreement to whom the property was donated (the donee) after the conclusion of the transaction may decide to refuse the donated property. How can I do that?

In this case, there are two options to choose from:

The parties terminate the previously concluded donation agreement. This is done by drawing up and signing an agreement to terminate the donation agreement.

The former donee acts in the role of the donor and donates the received property to the former owner. In this case, a new donation agreement is drawn up and signed.

In both cases, the consent of the original donor is required to accept the gift back. If the transaction is made in relation to property requiring registration (for example, real estate), the transfer of ownership is also subject to state registration.
